Planning Question

  • Planning question requires students to describe an experimental procedure to achieve the objective(s) set.
  • In the procedure, the apparatus for each measurement must be clearly stated. A diagram (labelled) may be drawn to illustrate the experimental setup.
  • For most questions, the data to be collected must be shown, followed by a discussion of how the data can be processed to achieve the objective(s).
  • For questions where a conclusion is needed, the conclusion must directly address the objective set.
